Book a callDoes each school really get its own portal?
Yes. Your school gets its own web address, such as greenfield.desky.academy, with your name, logo and colours. Your staff, parents and students sign in there, and your records are kept separate from every other school's.
Who in our school can use it?
Proprietors and administrators, teachers, bursars and parents each get their own view. Teachers only see the classes and subjects assigned to them; parents only see their own children.
Can we bring in our existing records?
Yes. During setup we import your students, parents and staff from the spreadsheets you already keep, so you don't start from scratch.
Will it follow our terms and grading?
Yes. You set your sessions and terms, your continuous assessment and exam weighting, and your grading bands. Report cards follow the rules your school already uses.
How is student data protected?
Each school's records are isolated at the database level, every connection is encrypted, access is limited by role, and changes to results are logged so you can always see who changed what.
How long does setup take?
Days, not months. Once we have your class structure and records, we configure the portal and you can start inviting staff and parents.
